The primary service that Semplastics provides is reducing cost of ownership for our customers, which is accomplished by reverse engineering customer supplied parts when a drawing is not available.

In the semiconductor industry, samples of consumable spare parts are more prevalent than drawings, so our reverse engineering skills have been refined out of necessity.  Once a drawing has been created, years of plastic fabrication expertise is leveraged to determine the best manufacturing process and material to use for the application. Utilizing our precision CNC machining capabilities, Semplastics manufactures parts to exact customer specifications and drawings from a broad range of high-performance structural and bearing and wear plastics.  Capabilities other than precision machining include the following:  

    • Injection molding
    • Compression molding
    • New high-temperature plastics (300C +)
    • Annealing capabilities (PVDF, PCTFE, ECTFE are some examples)
    • Assembly capabilities
